Ducaju is an industrial packaging company, specialised in cardboard packaging for luxury products such as Belgian chocolate brands and make-up articles. In Meulebeke (West Flanders), a completely new establishment is currently being built with a view to the company's growth and the future. A new building with two floors of 9,000 m2 is being built on a site of 24,000 m2 (with possibilities for further expansion in the future).

Climanova is involved in this project as 'main contractor' for all technical installations. We are tackling this project from A to Z. We have been involved from the study phase, followed by an engineering and realisation phase. We are currently working on the completion of this project.

Together with a number of subcontractors, we realised all the techniques that are provided in this building, for the production halls, warehouse and offices. This includes the point where the high-voltage cable enters and is connected, the further power distribution via the low-voltage board, and all technical matters such as HVAC techniques, lighting, water, data and (fire) safety. All this is provided with sustainable solutions, including solar energy and a user-friendly method of control via our PLC control system from SIEMENS.
